A patchwork quilt by Helen Gammon

"I spy 'J' for Jeremy"

This was made in the year 1999.

I spy 'J' for Jeremy

(Width = 110 cm, height = 142 cm.)

Made in 1999 for my son, Jeremy Gammon.

This is the first of many I Spy quilts I have made for my own children and the extended family. This brilliant patttern by Dianne Neumann and Tracey Scougall was printed in a A P&Q publication "Wonderful Quilts" in 1998.

I have used the original block design and tried to find as many novelty fabrics featuring motifs starting with "J". Great fun to make and I am still making them.

Machine pieced. Machine quilted by Patchwork Platypus.

This quilt was made by Helen Gammon.
