Endless Dreams is a highly rp based mude running on the Dawn of Time code base (version 1.69 derived from Diku, Merc, ROM). We currently have 16 player selectable races and 9 player selectable classes. Both races and classes are being added, including remort class. The equipment is saved automatically and on quit. We have ANSI color and a line of sight mapper, which shows you the surrounding terrain. In addition to Immortal run quests we have automated quests which are puzzles of sorts, often with nice rewards at the end. The rewards can vary, including things like experience points, special magical items, gold, and other fun stuff. Role-playing is encourage and to a point required, things such as writing a paragraph about your character's background and all player-killing must be role-played out. We are extremely newbie friendly with over 1,000 help files to assist you in playing and friendly Support Immortals. We currently have a skill and level-based training system and level-based equipment system. We do have clans however, they are all Immortal run players who wish to start their own clan. We are currently fixing up the stock areas to our standard (almost complete) and then will begin on building more areas we are in the 3,000+ room range now but hope to be in the 6,000+ before the end of the year. We have a detailed character creation so if you don't know how to play a MUD you should have no problem creating a character and allowing our staff to assist you in learning.
