Pasting it into the command bar does nothing but spam the screen, and when I go to File>Import, the Clipboard option is greyed out. Can someone help me with this please?

This looks like tintin code to me (or zMud / cMud) - MUSHclient grays out the paste button because it does not recognise the code as starting with valid XML for it.

There have been various posts about making aliases that will interpret this sort of stuff, try searching for #ALIAS.
