call alias from another alias

Is is possible to call an alias from another alias?

Example, I have an alias called home that will bring me to recall, make sure weapons are set, and some other things.
I would like to make all my speedwalk aliases start with this home alias, if that is supported?

The alias has a "send-to" combo-box.

Change that from "World" (the default) to "Execute".

Then anything in the alias is reprocessed, and thus other aliases are caught.
