a better-looking set of Tabs?

Is there a way to create icons for, or at least create custom tabs for multiple worlds?

I like the activity bar--the one that shows #1-#10, and changes red each time something happens, but I'd rather look at world names instead of world nums.

The world tabs are sort of bad--it's a bit tough to discern which tab is the one in focus...they aren't "3D" enough, I guess.

Maybe a plugin or something? Or is this even possible?

See the Activity Window : Display menu -> Activity List (Shift + Ctrl + L).

This shows a list of all open worlds. You can drag the columns around and resize the window.

Amongst other things it shows the world names, and a "new" column shows if there is new activity on that world.

Anything toolbar-wise, I mean?

If not, I COULD get used to the 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 activity toolbar, but I'd really love to be able to customize its appearance.

No, not toolbar-wise, however the Activity window can be resized and moved to some location where it functions in a similar way.

For example, double-clicking a world in that Activity window activates it, and you can RH-click any entry for various options.
