Couple Suggestions

Ok, first thing I just noticed today when I tried to startup MUSHclient after I installed 4.07, and my suggestion is that could you maybe make it so that the installer doesn't overwrite the start menu shortcuts, because it removes the hotkey I assign to it, and I have to reassign it in the properties.

Second thing, I notice that ansinote() does not support the new 256 color ansi codes, although since it's so new I don't know what I was expecting, maybe that somehow the ansi code conversion code was a shared function or something, but anyway you might want to put it on your list of things to do.

The installer overwrites the shortcut, because you may have installed to a different directory (like I usually do). It if left it there, it would point to the old, incorrect, directory.

As for AnsiNote, you are right it doesn't honour the new codes. However changing it to do so is quite complicated, as it currently assumes you are getting "standard" ANSI codes, and uses the colour palette. To support the new codes would mean chopping and changing into RGB-colour mode. Can't you just use ColourNote if you want to use different colours?

Yes, I suppose, I was just trying to use it to test the 256 color ansi, but I figured out I could just use simulate.
