Eliminating Argument Requirement ("who 1")

I've searched everywhere for a way to get rid of the required argument in typing "who". In other words, I want to be able to view the entire who list by just typing "who" alone, instead of "who 1".

I've seriously stressed out endlessly over this tiny thing. If anyone could help, I would be incredibly thankful.

I'm pretty sure I saw a global define for this. Grep for the string that's sent when you type who (Should be something like "You must type who 1") and paste the related lines here.
