Not a severe bug, but "\Program Files" is also a relative path. The current version of MC forces me to change it to "...\..\..\..\..\Program Files", as it is not able to open the file to log if i use "\Program Files\etc"

Hm, actually the shortcut launched MC from the desktop folder's path. I changed it to the normal path and it works now.
