I have used the Registration Code from a few times and I have not been able to get my code emailed to me. I'm not sure if this is because my email address had changed since I'd originally orderted it or not. The email addres is recognized by the system, however, I am not receiving an email.

You'd be better off emailing nick about this.
Go to the support page, and send him an email (using the form). Then you can give him the details too. Since Im sure that'll be the first thing he asks for.

My spam filter can throw away emails, like most people's these days. However the "support" button (see top of this page) is a web-based method of submitting requests.
