Since I have upgraded to MUSHclient 3.42, the commands I type dont go into command history, therefore I cant recall them with arrow keys. When I check, I see that command history is empty. Of course with like a non-zero setting for commands to keep.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem ?
This shouldn't have changed in the latest release, however I would check whether "no command echo" is checked under the Display menu. It is possible the MUD is turning command echo off, and when it is off commands are not saved in the command history (this is intended for passwords).
You can set an option in the configuration Commands window - "Ignore 'echo off' messages" which will stop this happening next time.
Is there any way around this? I would like to be able to use the command history but I don't like having my commands echoed as they can be quite spammy, e.g my score/stat command:

You can uncheck "echo my input in ..." in the commands configuration. They still go into command history.
Haha yeah, sorry about that, I figured it would be better to check and see if anyone else had posted about this. Thanks btw!
I'm on a dikumud right now, with command history off, and I'm still receiving my commands echoed. Except it's not storing my commands in the history.
Also, if I turn command history on, I see the echo twice. how do I fix this?
