Your question is very non-specific anyway. Do you want to lower alignment by an admin command, or as a result of a fight outcome, or because of training, or food, or what?
When whatever-it-is that you want to lower the alignment points happens (and we don't have any idea what that is) then you would subtract 10 from the player's alignment. It's hard to give more advice than that.
