Don't trace certain callbacks

Either that or trace to a file instead of the screen.

If you have OnPluginDrawOutputWindow in any plugin, trace output gets completed flooded by an infinite loop.

OnPluginTick also spams mightily.

You already have the option of redirecting trace output by adding a OnPluginTrace function to some plugin.

Still, I agree it is probably fairly useless. Fixed in commit efa4af2 and a9f2178.
