Clan Talk Issue - Help Needed

Searched but couldn't find an answer.
When I use Clan Talk, Alliance Talk or CT or AT and include a message. It only sends the first word. If I add a apostrophe (') at the beginning and end...i.e "CT 'this is a test'" it sends the text correctly. If I have to use a apostrophe in a word like don't or I'll, it cuts/ends the text message off at the apostrophe.
On some of my characters profiles it works fine, but on a couple it does this. Can someone tell me what the probable cause is or a way to trouble shoot it? Thanks
