5.00 installer still missing the new JSON decode files

Uh oh.
The 5.00 installer exe doesn't actually appear to include the files
lua/json/decode/composite.lua
lua/json/decode/state.lua

so JSON decoding still broken

Well, that's annoying.

New version released with those files in the installer.
