Mssing makefile

Just downloaded ROM server v 2.4b6 right off this site. No makefile. Downlaoded the OLC patch and has a makefile patch. Does anybody know where I would find the makefile for ROMb6?

The file Rom24b6_mxp.tar.gz has a makefile in it (on this site).
