Hey there!

I've had a quick search through the forums and have found one or two similar plugins but i am a complete twat and apparently need some help :) I'm attempting to create an experience counter that resets with each kill

ideally something like this would look great

* died. [Experience gained: 97]

before: Exp: 4,543,038
after: Exp: 4,543,135

so I guess I need a script that stores my exp after each kill, and recalls that value when I kill again, subtracting the first value from my new value...and displaying it in a pretty place.

my 'score' command on the mud im playing looks like so;

Emeritus the honoured scar scorer of the Scythe (evil)

Str: 15 (15) Race : Human (male) Exp : 4,543,135
Dex: 15 (15) Class: Necromancer (22) Money : 22,270 coins
Int: 16 (16) Guild: The Scythe Banks : 590,131 coins
Con: 14 (14) Age : 3d 5h 21m 36s Traits : 2 points
Wis: 16 (16) Language: Common language

Hits : 166 (166) Defend : None You are: Sober
Sps : 86 (182) Aiming at: Random You are: Unpoisoned
Wimpy: 16 hits Attack : Random You are: Hungry
Dir : Random Hunted by: Thing You are: Slightly encumbered

Session summary:
Time: 1 minute and 49 seconds.
Monsters killed: 2
Experience gained: 404 (222 exp/minute, 202 exp/kill)
Gold gained: 10 coins.

Lifetime summary:
Age: 3 days, 5 hours, 21 minutes and 36 seconds.
Monsters killed: 2,421
Experience gained: 4,543,135 (978 exp/minute, 1,876 exp/kill)
Gold gained: 612,401 coins.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

This should get you started:

That counts mobs killed, but the idea is the same. You are counting something.
