I just upgraded from client 1773 to 1778. In doing so I lost all my alias' trigger's and maps. What files need to be moved in order to protect this information?
Keeping information between upgrades

Uhh... DL page lists "Version 4.84" there are newer but they are also semi beta...
Anyways, backup all your world files next time, plugin folder is also sometimes helpful. That is basically all you need.
All your triggers/timers/aliases are kept in the world file(s), plugins can save variables in the plugin/state folder.
And yeah, pretty sure it is all gone for good. Heard of it wiping world files before and it was all bad. Sorry
Edit, special aardwolf build. Still, info should still be the same though except for possibly the maps... Duno if that is stored in the states or somewhere else.
Edit2, looks like the map stuff is stored in the primary directory, ardwolf.db and ardwolf_bookmarks.db

Quote:
Assuming your world name is the default 'Aardwolf', copy the Aardwolf.db.* files and the Aardwolf_bookmarks.db file (if it exists) from the old directory to the new directory:

(I'm going to assume you mean 1783 and not 1778, because 1778 is not an Aardwolf release version)
The current official upgrade instructions for the Aardwolf MUSHclient Package are here:

But questions like this one are probably best asked in game on the tech board rather than on the MUSHclient forums, since it deals with Aardwolf's specific repackaging.
