That error message is unfortunately not useful for troubleshooting the cause of the problem. If you really have uninstalled completely and tried downloading a fresh install, then it sounds like a problem with your computer.

I'm unsure how to remove message. The only way to fix this problem, is to re-route the new download to new area of computer. For instance I set it to download directly to desktop instead of program files. Lost LOTS of saved material. But, it works again. (frown)
