Input area customisation

I think it might be a bit useful to be able to change the colors of the input box. Mostly useful for something like late-night gaming for people with a bad habit of turning out background lighting. Okay..it can be resized...but coloring might be fun and interesting too.

Perhaps a similar config to the ANSI Colour menu, though simpler of course. Colouring of the input box would be per world and stored in the MCL.

Also, a couple world functions would also be useful. Perhaps world.InputTextColour() and world.InputBackgroundColour().

Or perhaps on a more global scale, just tie this window colouring directly into Windows Appearances (the "Window" appearance type). Of course, this would require users to revert to the Classic style in order to make work, and it wouldn't be as flexible.

Although most would say it really doesn't matter, I think it'd be an interesting option to have available nevertheless. I surely would use it!

Edit: Just for clarification, this is referring to the black text on bright white (which I'm thinking Kallist0 might possibly have been referring to) background where you type everything.
