Hi, I have 4.43 installed on Win7 using the recommended method from http://www.gammon.com.au/forum/?id=9842, is there the same style zip file for version 4.46?

It's likely that you can just download the .exe installer and direct it to the location with your current installation, since you've already set MUSHclient up.
