| I've got an email from Tensoon stating that they didn't get their password by email. The system should be working, so I'm not sure why this didn't happen.
I very occasionally get problems where I send an email to someone with no response (and in one case I tried to join a web site and never got the password email myself).
Whatever stops emails getting through also stops follow-up emails complaining about the problem also getting through.
All I can suggest is that Tensoon (or other people in a similar situation) check their spam folder, or see if their service provider (in this case Yahoo) are blocking emails from me.
Try a different email provider, for example, like Gmail. |
