"Busy Babies"
This was made in the year 2007.
(Width = 96 cm, height = 138 cm.)
This is a quilt made especially for children and is a suitable size for a cot or play mat. It is machine pieced and machine quilted and made from 100% cotton with a wool batting.
I have made this quilt using four patch blocks paired with single blocks using novelty fabrics to increase its vibrancy. Children love to point out all the familiar items they find! It is bordered and bound with plain light blue fabric.
The size of the quilt is approximately 3 feet by 4 and 1/2 feet.
This quilt was sold on 16 July 2011 for $AUD 210.
